Sellers download Flipkart shipping labels as a PDF, usually laid out on an A4 page. The label sits in the upper part of that page, with extra page space around it. This guide shows how to crop that label area with the Flipkart Shipping Label Cropper.
This is an independent tool. It is not an official Flipkart product, and it does not connect to a Flipkart seller account.
What the A4 shipping-label PDF is
The file you start with is a PDF. On a typical Flipkart shipping-label download, the label occupies the top portion of an A4 page. This cropper keeps that upper region from each page and places it on a new page. It does not read order numbers, and it does not confirm that Flipkart created the file.
Why sellers crop it
Printing the full A4 page also prints the blank area around the label. Cropping keeps the label region and writes each result as an A5 page: 420 × 595 points, about 148 × 210 mm. That is the size this tool produces. This site does not claim a particular printer will accept it.
How this tool works
The crop runs in your browser. The PDF is not uploaded to this website. For each page, the upper label area is copied onto an A5 page. When the run finishes, you download one PDF.
Upload the PDF
- Open the Flipkart Shipping Label Cropper.
- Choose PDF, or drop the file onto the upload area. Only PDF files are accepted.
- Check that the file name is listed. An empty drop asks you to select a PDF instead of failing silently.
- Leave the page open while it shows “Processing your labels...” A second run cannot start until the first one finishes.
- Select Download Labels. The file name looks like Flipkart-Shipping-Labels-YYYYMMDD-HHMMSS.pdf.
Each file can be up to 20 MB. If the browser does not start the download, use Open PDF and save the file from there.
Several PDFs in one run

Privacy
The label stays on your device while it is cropped. This website does not receive the PDF. After a successful crop, the browser may send a short usage note containing only the tool name and the period. Details are on the privacy page.
The file you download
The download is one PDF. Every page is A5, 420 × 595 points, about 148 × 210 mm. The preview stays in the tab until you crop again or refresh. This site does not store the file.
